Iguanas could be imported with worms. If the iguana has been anywhere where the cat pooped, then yes, the iguana can get worms from the cat.
If the iguana is hanging in the litter box, then I would almost guarentee the iguana has worms.

The side situation is because the iguana is small.
He is plump in the morning because he has to poop.
