: Well I don't normally post here but I have a question for anyone that can answer. I've noticed green iguanas look almost identical when young but as they get older they can look alot different and the size can vary alot. I was just wondering if this was due to locality and if so are the locals documented very well any where.
:
: Thank you in advance
Yes, they can definitely look different. I am on another iguana board and that question was just asked in the last couple of days. Melissa Kaplan (I believe she answered the question) said they can be different sizes, some fatter than others and all different kinds of color shades and markings, not only depending on where they come from, but within the same area, too.
