RADIENT HEAT PANEL?? Where can I find those??? n/p

We like them for the safety features availble (they shut off in case of malfunction) and the research we have seen strongly suggests that they are more efficient to run. Furthermore, the surface temperature of them does not get hot enough to do any serious damage to either reptile or human should there be contact.
