Sick Iggy!

My son's roommate has an iguana that is sick and he called me and asked if I could try to find out what is wrong. I suggested they call a vet and they did, but he didn't work on iguanas. I found the names of vets locally that do, but will post this anyway.
It is a male-don't know the age-no changes in appearance of hide/skin (not familiar with reptile terms!)but he won't eat and when they get him out of his aquarium cage and put him on the floor, he begins to shake and tremble.
