Lumbs on my igs side..please help

My baby ig has bumps on his left side, down at his belly around his last few ribs. I don't know if it is a bump or bumps or what but it (they) are hard. I didn't know if it may be a part of his digestive system or what. I got him a bit on the skinny side if this info helps. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
