We have had our ig escape from us a couple of times. You seem to know the room that he/she is in, so put a towel under the door so that he can't escape. We usually start with one side of the room and start moving everything carefully, one piece at a time. So far we have been lucky and each time have found the runaway. Once found they seem to be very happy to get caught.
