HELP!!! New Iguana Questions!!!!

I'm thinking about buying an Iguana. But I'm wondering a few things. Are they hard to take care of? I have a horned lizard and two tree frogs right now. So I know they need a vita-light and heat lamp. But how big of an aquarium would I need to buy? Something like a 40 gallon? Or is that too small?
And do Iguanas make good pets? I've seen Iguana leashes and I'm wondering if you can actually train them to walk with a leash.
