I did the same thing...in factt I even went furthr and put a fish-tank bubbler in the water to give it some motion and to stimulate Freddy's curiosity. I put him in the water everymorning and he doesnt do anything. When I came home, I found the giant pile of sh#%t on the floor. So...I put newspaper on that spot and he's been going there for the past week. But I still put him iin the warm water every morning for the goof.

: Welp... Tarzan is moved into his new cage... now the new problem arises... 'training' him to use the new accessory called "the kitty-box"! lol, I filled it with water (not all the way) and put it in the bottom of his cage. Now.. he goes down... and poops on the floor right NEXT to the box, but not in it... *cries* its like starting from square 1!!

: lol, atleast he likes the new cage :P
