well, pretty much that's it .. give 'im a towel to 'mate' with and it relieves stress .... temporarily anyway ....

when my male bunny was getting hormone attacks, we gave him a stuffed bunny to 'play' with and it truly DOES WORK ... we joked that we were going to have a litter of stuffed bunnies ... the 2nd rabbit i had was never interested ...
same with igs ... if he's that stressed for this long, it sure couldn't hurt to try!
people think it's strange to think of animals 'pleasuring themselves' but it's totally natural!!!! (dogs and cats just are not THAT dirty down there!!!!)
if you ig is especially agression when you wear a certain color, use THAT color towel maybe?
