I have a problem with my ig...

He is just so mean. I have tried everything...I mean everything. I have tried a change of diet, holding him an hour everyday, etc. He started calming down when I did that hour a day thing but it's hard to get him out and he only calms down 10 minutes after I get him out but still whips if I turn my neck or anything. I also have to wear gloves. Can anyone please help me...just tell me what else I need to do. Thanks!
