Habib had strange urates today

Today, when Habib passed her urates the white part looked like baby throw-up--like sour milk or something. It didn't look like the usual opaque white smooth gel stuff, but rather like spoiled baby milk.

This is the first time I have seen that and I'm now wondering if anyone can tell me if this has happened to your igs before. I'll take her to the vet if you think it's warrented, but could someone tell me what could the cause of this be?
