Also just a guess but could it be from the unactive period iz went through when he was healing. What does the base look like. Is it wrinkly like weight loose or does it look mushy like there might be fluid in there. Such technical terms here. I know Angus uses his tail alot when he wants to turn around or lifts it when he runs down the hall. Maybe Iz just needs a little iggercize. Good Luck! **Sam**
