Thats unusual, I had one for my turtle once, and i was using it a 100 watt on a 60 watt lamp so it kept burning out well the company sent me like 2 more since then, and then they sent me a lamp of theirs and it worked well, so try ordering a lamp with it also. I dont use them now, i was thinking of getting one for my igs room but i think it might be too hot, anyways thats unusualy to not be getting through with the company they were very very nice with me, try again.
