Disinfecting Area where IGGY has been!!!! HELP

While in the process of taming my iguana, He put up a fight, and ran all over the house, when I finally caught him, he had already been in the childrens play area.

How do I disinfect the toys? I sprayed some lysol where ever he had been, but is that enough??
