My thoughts!!!!

I agree! We should not let these cowards interupte our daily lives. I know myself that until my Aunt called from home saying she was aok I was horrified! She lives in Greenwich Village, N.Y. not too far from the attacks!I know personally I cannot seems to quit thinking about this! This really hasn't happened on US soil before. We all knew this day would come, but either way it's hard to digest! Whether it be at home (domestic) or in a foreign land! I am 25 now. I am young. I am healthy. I am really sad that America has gone thru such a horrific act. We all need to stick together and never forget what has happended here. It's so sad that it takes this to bring back the pride to this great land. We should all have pride, never letting it go, and thing about the freedoms we all have. Right now in Afghanistan women are supressed, have no right at all, and children are taught to hate the USA as well as all democratic nations, and to learn the ways of terrorism. Women here are independent, hardworking, and free to come and go. Our children are watching the cartoon channel, playing playstation, and forced to watch the terrorism. Our worlds are so vastly different one can only see the reasons why they would hate us, but in the end it does not make any of there actions right! We need to end this terror and end it now! I believe that the USA will crack down on this, and put a dent in terrorism. After all isn't that what being American is all about. Believing and hoping that everyone can live the type of life we live??? I wish I could ask every little Afghanistani child which life he/she would want, and see what there answer would be. It would be "I WANT FREEDOM!!!!"......We are free. Even our poorest are wealthy, and our sadest the happiest. So take time to reflect on what you really have, and thank God that we are AMERICANS!!!!!!! God Bless all of us this day!!!!!!!!!
