Iguanas usually don't walk too well with leashes-- mine would gator roll and become hard to handle. Keep in mind they feel safer up higher, so if you have a leash, and put him in on a table outside and keep stay with him (holding the leash) he may be okay for awhile. Other options are outdoor enclosures. If you put him on the porch, make sure you are with him because they are good escape artists and can break through screens.
