I have been reading the past posts on swelling but figured it wouldn't hurt to explain my situation and maybe get a few suggestions.

Run down on diet and housing etc.
Roxy is over four feet, five years old and adopted by me last year. She is taken to the vet regularly and has been in pristine health since I have had her. Blood tests, perfect, x-rays perfect always, etc.

fed a mix of Iguana Den diet and MK diet daily. Sometimes and extra bowl (or four! :) ) of fresh greens (in addition to normal salad of course) including dandelion and collard. Freah water provided always, as well as on top of salad. Supplements, never
unless she is gravid (went through it last winter) or she is refusing to eat much food which doesn't happen often anyway.

Housing is all cleaned, sterile branches and shelves. 2 four foot UVB lights and basking light. She is able to get within 8 inches of UVB at one point. (not that close to the basking light though)

So yesterday, all was well. Today she was looking a little fat, but I figured she was just full seeing as she had a lot of squash today. Although she left a few bites.
Now she is visibly "swelled" around her back legs, upper tail area where it connects to her, and somewhat around her belly.

What are the normal causes of this? I have read gravid, vit D is needed, to much Vit A, MBD, tumors, everything it seems like.

Just need some advice
marisa
