I would get a night heat bulb because 70 is kind of low in my opinion-- and it will get colder in the winter probably. I turned mine off for the summer because it would get very warm in there, but I think soon it will be time to hook them back up.

As far as the timers, you'll need a second timer for the night heat anyway. I have a power strip plugged into mine, so I know one of my timers is a 3 prong type.

: Hey i use timers when i go out of town, but the kinds i have only allow two prongs, with my beardies flourescent shop light and with power strips those are three prong. I found this adapter that converts them to 3 prong to 2 prong, but they freak me out, i dont trust them, ive used them two times with no problems, but im afraid the are gonna catch a fire or something, Does anyone use these, or no of timers that are three pronged? Thanks Also, someone mentioned a night time heat light, my house is usually about 70 degrees no lower at night, and the bathroom where my ig stays is hotter during the day so it stays about 75 degrees at night, so should i get a heat bulb for the night? i heard nightime temps can go to 70. Thanks

: Ian
