Well said and WHY didnt you ASK mom before bringing this iguana in?

: cut the woman some slack ~ not everyone would be thrilled to have her son come home with yet another reptile ~ let alone one who's going to be 5-6' in a couple years (the reptile, not the son!) ... has she said you need to get rid of it immediately??? no, she's let you turn the bathroom into an ig-room!

: so she doesn't want to assume responsibility for it's care when you move out?? well *geesh*! WHY SHOULD she have to commit to taking care of YOUR animals??? *YOU* need to be responsible and not blame it on "mom is being mean to me" ...
