No, he hadn't checked anything like that out. He's in a big hurry to replace it, since it's the main computer he uses for doing CAD drawings for the CNC machine. (a CNC is a great big computer-controlled metal milling machine) He needs to have his monitor back or replaced by tomorrow, so I don't think he'd go for getting one off the Net. But I will suggest it for the future. It's a good idea. I don't think he's ever gone to pricewatch.com before. Great reference.

The monitor repair man said there's a chance he can repair it by tomorrow night because he has a motherboard in stock. We're keeping our fingers crossed...

Thanks again for the idea. I'll suggest it to Josh in the future. (He's always getting new work-related computers and gadgets.)
