::: Also I saw some cricket diet at the store today. It's kinda powder like. Can I give this too my iguana?
Iguanas don't eat crickets or any other insect, for that matter. Please don't get this cricket powder for her to eat. Chop up fresh vegetables (from the approved iguana diet lists available on various iguana websites on the Internet) and feed her a lot of collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens and some escarole or curly endive. Orange fleshed squashes are very good for them, and a bit of fruit too. Please do some research on iguanas and on what they eat. Don't fall for a petstore diet of cricket powder or even for "iguana pellets" which are available at most petstores. They are junk.
Stick around! We have a lot to share with you and can help you with your iggy. You'll be amazed at how much there is to learn with keeping an iguana as a pet.
Glad you made it to the forum, and I hope you stick around and can learn a lot!
