Hi all! I just wanted to post what a successful day we had! Triangle Iguana Rescue, which is the group I work with, found great homes for at least 7 Iguanas today, including my little Eddie. I miss him terribly! Anyway, he went to a great home with a family that will give him lots of love and TLC. It was so fun to see the excitement in people's faces as they took their new babies home. In case you were wondering, we don't send the Ig with just anyone. They have to fill out a form telling us about themselves and we screen them according to knowlege, cage set-up, etc. We also charge a $50 fee to help recover expenses we've incured along the way. Half the time that doesn't even cover food. We probably sold half a dozen Iguanas for Dummies books. It was packed in there and HOT! Anyway, just thought I'd give you an update. Take care, J
