I'm not saying what I did is the only right way to go, but when my ig, Habib, was a baby and couldn't eat a single bunch of greens before they went bad, I usually just stuck to her favorite--collard greens.

Now that she is bigger, (she's a fat, healthy three year old) we've begun to include the others in her diet, but when she was tiny, she mostly got collards.

Just my two cents...I'm sure other more experienced ig owners can steer you in the right direction. This is just what I did.
