She's about 12-15 inches away fron her light...could that be the problem? We are soon in the process of building a new cage so it's good to know how far away she should be from her basking light.

Roxys are much longer and stronger now since I started using it. I used to use it once a week, now I just do it whenever, probably once every 2-3 weeks I just slather a bunch on all the spikes.
