uhhhhh...Should I be worried?

His Highness stays in his hide alot nawadays and over the heating pad too. He can as close as he wants to the basking lights and he is eating well. I know I already posted on this but he is still doing it. he comes out and baskes and eats for a little and then goes back under the hide and over the pad. Should I be concerned?
