Hi there Jif - boy I was worried there for a moment opening this post! Was afraid I might see something like...
I always enjoy your posts and your wonderful pictures but now.... You've invaded our space go away! LOL!!!
Anyway...
Puffy is a very pretty girl and looks very healthy!
Have you tried Waxworms? They are Spyro's (my female) favorite! They are pretty high in fat though so shouldn't be a staple - more like "Candy" - in fact that's wahat I call them and Spyro knows it - "Hey little girl, want some candy?"
Another good one is feeder fish (guppy, goldfish, tuffy, rosey red) Try throwing one on the "floor" in front of her, see if she attacks the "floppy-thing" YUMMY!
earthworms are one of Sparx (my male) favorites (I buy "troutworms" from a bait shop).
I can't get either one of mine to eat fruits or veggies so once a week they get fruit and/or veggie babyfood mixed with vitamins and calcium dropped on their snout from a needle-less syringe, when the licking starts, I just squirt it in... Sometimes (Sparx) I look as if I've been feeding a toddler after, Spyro has learned to just dive into the pond and wash off her least favorites! LOL
If you haven't yet - check out Tricia's page (it's the best for Water Dragon info)

Also - I put a link to her food section below... (VERY informative!)

By the way, I love your guy Charlie! And I find it amazing all the work you do with your "ZOO"!!!!
Please come visit us over at the Dragon Forum! I post there under my real name Michelle (I noticed there is another Michelle here that actually has an Iggy, that's why I post under S+S Mom here)

: I'm paying particularly close attention because we have our first Water Dragon. She came to us because her former owner couldn't keep her any longer. She's been very well taken care of and I want to continue to care for her properly. Feeding is my real concern right now. She was used to eating crix from a cup and small rodents. No worms of any kind. Since she's been here all I can get her to eat is mice. :( Any suggestions? Here's a pic of Puffy shortly after we got her home. She's still showing some stress coloration. Now she's a beautiful bright green with lots of blue!
