food for ig

I was at the local grocry store here in DE looking for some food for my 3 year old ig. I saw a leafy green i hadn't seen before. Can't recall the name but it had large leaves. They had something like a celery stalk at the end and all the viens in the plant were red including the bottom. The food was called red ----.......I forget. I saw the red orchads frank wrote about but ti wasn't orchards but it did start with an "O". Any help on the mysterious plant would help thanks
