Commercial iguana does have vitamins but it is a majot cause of dehydration. Iguanas get water from their food. You can still use the food. Keep it for vacation or emergencies. All mine ate twice as much today as usual. Oh well. They are storing calories for the winter. My vet recommends that commercial food be mixed with water.
Romaine Lettuce is not a nutricious food. Look for collard, mustard, turnip or dandelion greens. green beans or snow peas, winter squash. A co worker has some extra home grown okra and they loved it.
