if Baby had good weight to start out with I wouldn't be concerned yet. The worming meds, depending on what was used, can cause a decrease in appetite. If he's showing any interest in food at all, which it seems he is, I'd let it go several more days before calling the vet. Quick tip : try adding something red in the salad, like strawberry or raspberry. My kids can't resist anything red!!
