I agree that using the dry food at first will help your iguana adjust. I have done this with new iguanas that had other diets. It takes about 2 weeks for an iguana to adjust to a new house. Feed both dry food and greens. Maybe mix the two. Feed more greens as the iguana begins to eat them. You may want to moisten the dry food. The worst problem with dry food is that it is easy to cause dehydration.
What about UVB? Did the pet store talk about the need for UVB light?
