: - Wow, very interesting pics Des !. Thanks for sharing.
: You have some great pics there.

Thanks to Adam's wonderful camera and photographing skills,
I was fortunate to capture her egg laying.

: How many eggs did she actually lay ?

All in all, 28. She reasorbed some before. This was
determined by her body shape changes. She was really wide,
then i went on vacation, then her body slimmed down a bit,
etc. Also, her behavior changed... She drove me nutz last year,
cuz I couldn't figure out whether she was going to lay or not.

: It's no big deal but I noticed on the pics 2,3 where the egg
: came out that it looked at least one eggs may have tored
: (ripped? I have a problem to translate this..) the skin slightly
: apart. Is this correct ?.

I noticed that too..and it's been over a year since then so I can't
recall exactly wot it could have been. I do know there
was no blood during the whole process.

: What about this year. Are you expecting her to have eggs again ?.

She's in the process of reasorbing her eggs. I tried to make
sure to not stress her during her egginess. Well, I bought a house
and moved right smack in the term of her gravidness. So..she's reasorbing.
She gave me quite a scare last week. She discharged a *smooshed* egg while
pottying. It was kinda strange because it's the first that I have seen. The texture
was like an egg, but the shape was like it was smooshed. I got so
worried because I thot I was facing a situation of an egg that had
burst within her. I took her to the vet the following morning. Dr.
Rosskopf sez she's ok, which was a relief. So..lately, been keeping a
close eye on her, and she's discharging egg remains, a bit every day
while pottying.

: Saludos
