UPDATE: rescued iggy........

hello,
this is the second update i am giving you! for all you that havent seen my post before i give you the scoop!
i had gotten word from my sister that her friends boyfriend had an iguana hearing this i was excited to meet a fellow herp owner! i went to his house to talk to him and to my surprise had had a large 2-2 1/2 foot iguana missing 1/2 of tail,1 toenail missing,and dull brown(supposed to be greeen iguana)!he kept this beautiful girl in a 55gal tank all her life with nothing to climb on and bask under!the had their air condition on so it was like 60-70 in her encloser and never provided a uvb bulb gor her!
when they remembered to feed her they threw the lettuce in there with the metal tie still on it and fed her crickets and mice cause they thought it was cool to watch!(arrrrgggg)! so i hasseld with him for weeks and finally he got desperate and gave her to me!i imeaditally threw her into the bath and trimmed her nails!she was never bathed before and had to live in her own crap!she now has truned brught green and is healty!she lives in a 6'x6'x2 cage w/many things to climb on!i have provided her a zoomed 5.0 uvb and a halogen heat light (far away to avoide burning)!she has gotta a little more tame and use to me now!i feed her a diet of romaine,dandiellion,collardes,kale (once in awhile),grapes(SHE LOVES THEM),kiwi!

now she devolped a little brown between her nostrials on her head and she pissed blood!
i cant take her to a vet cause no one around has knowlage of herps but me around here!
is there anything more i can do?it looks like she hit it or scraped it cause it looks like dried blood!
