yes there is something you can do, Take the iguana to a reptile vet as soon as possible....as in tomorrow or the next day. Every iguana needs a vet visit at least once every 6 months. Yours sounds sick and it needs medical attention. Until then try watermelon (for fluids) or other fruit. If he doesn't want to eat try leaving him alone with the food in his cage. he might just be afraid of you watching him. Brown is not a good color for iguanas.

What are you feeding him?

Do you have heat lamps ?

Do you have a UVB light?

Where does he love? (aquarium, cage, living room, kitchen, bedroom etc)

Get to a vet. Until then, giving us answers to the questions above might help.
