The require a heat lamp in the day and at night heat source like a very dark bulb, ceramic bulb, or heat pad on low. They require a UV light like Zoomed 5 or Active UV in the daytime as well. Make sure his heat lamp isn't close enough to cause burns.

Diet consists of primarily fresh collards, mustards, turnip greens, dandelion. You can mix in escarole/endive, watercress, squash. A little fruit like melon, mango, berries.

They need a very large cage (grow to be 6ft). Wire cages can damage their faces due to nose rubbing trying to get out.

Check for worms/parasites with a fresh fecal sample to the vet.

To catch him....hmmmm that would be guessing on my part. Use a big blanket thrown over him??? They feel unsafe on the ground and will run. If he is tame you can slowly approach him and lift him up from underneath (wear gloves and longsleeves in case he bites). It may be easier to catch him if he is higher up like in a small tree.
