Fresh is always better. Frozen will do in a pinch. Canned really is to be avoided. I have never needed to give anything but fresh greens and my ig loves them! Once I was eating frozen veggies and tried to see if my last ig would eat them.... he turned his nose up, thinking they were rotten!
