a bruise with a tiny bit of blood on the of the nose

My iguana today acendentally bumped his nose on the cage furniture and now it looks like a bruise at the end of its nose and there is a tiny bit of blood just below the nostril. Its bleeding anymore but the bruiseid a redish purple colour and it covers the entire tip of the nose and almost looks as if its right beneath the nose scale.
