Iguanas have a tough time adjusting to change, and if you've only had him one day, you need to let him acclimate a little. Be sure water and food are available, that he doesn't get dehydrated, and that he eats well. The pooping so often should slow down in a day or two. If this continues, or he becomes dehydrated, (lots of folds in the skin) get him to a vet pronto... You didn't say how old this ig is, or what his diet was prior to you obtaining him, and all of these are factors. If you need references for a vet, post again...
