Some quick Questions

Hey All. Built a new cage for my rescently rescued Iggy. It's almost 3 times the size. Anyway, I want to put some plants in it. Any suggestions? I have a couple spider plants, are they okay to go in? What kind of substrate do most of you use. Right now I'm using Pine chips, 'cauze that's what I use for some of my other herps. Any better suggestions. Also, I've used your ideas for begining to tame him, he wont eat anything from my hand, or even anything at all when I'm in the room. And the more I seem to handle him, the more agressive and scared he gets. He even bit me 2-3 times! Ohh well. Any more ideas. Thanx for all your help.
