"tame" before could have been poor care. Some Igs come to us "tame" because they are unhealthy and don't feel well. As soon as they are taken better care of and given attention, they can become more aggressive because they are feeling better. I don't know if that's the case with your Ig, but it's a thought. Try the technics I suggested above, and with lot's of handling you may see some results. What's your little guy's name, by the way?
