Yes, I'm pretty sure dehydration is a factor (however, i'm not sure if its the cause or only a sympton). I'm already working on that one though. Since last night, she's had 2 longs warm bathtub soaks and about 100ml of orally administered water & water/apple sauce. The lateral wrinkles are already smoothing out.
She's perked up a little since last night too. But not much. And still shows no interest in food (even hand fed grapes, which are her all time "sit up and take notice with a distinct brightening of the eye" favorite. That is not a good sign.
I'm getting ready to dash to the doc now. I read Melissa Kaplan's (Wally) kidney info last night and Iz's story is printing as I type. I'll can read it while we're waiting to see the doc.
Thanks so much all. I'll let you know how it come out.
It's wonderful how these message make such good "support groups" in troubled times. I mean...where else could I find so many wonderful people who understand my concerns and have been there themselves. Most of the general public just doesn't "get" how we can feel the way we do about about "lizards". Their loss, huh?
: a possible sign of dehydration????
: (or am i confused as usual???)
