PLEASE HELP! Need answer to this question...

I have had Isis almost half a year. Yet, he still launches at me and attacks me in any way he can. I know, I know... it takes a long time to tame and ig but shouldn't he have calmed down a little bit? If i try handfeeing him, he just attacks my finger. What should I do? Any input is appreciated! Bye!
