Something's Wrong With Chico???

This morning I went to get Chico out of his cage and he was at the very bottom with his neckturned to the right. I took him out and he will only go in a circle turning to the right and he will not straighten his neck.

Can anyone tell me what may be going on? Hw was fine last night.
