Even ours act much more active in natural sunshine and they're out in it at least 4 times a week for 4-5hrs.It seems the natural sunshine adds that extra kick to their health that they love.We don't supplement ours either since they get the d3 from the sun.
We live in central Fla so they get sunshine darn near all yr round.
