Well hopefully the enclosure you have can be easily expanded. That size would be okay prolly for a couplea years. You may want to put it up on a stand of some sort get the ig as high as possible. Hatchlings like smaller enclosures anyway. Too much space can be stressful for em. Ive seen mature full grown 5+feet iguanas in cages of this size that are used as a sleeping area ONLY more like a refuge with heat lamp and basking log, open front to come and go as it pleased. Depends on how /what you want your iguana set up to be, but with a hatchling, and this size you'll be alright for a while before ya gotta worry about.
