Bathing is great. But Roxy prefers to be sprayed lots and lots. I don't give her a humidity box.

Usually with 2-3 spray downs a day with a spray bottle, she has zero shedding probs....if I do notice some pieces having trouble I wait one more day, to see if they come off on its own, then I rub 100% PURE aloe vera gel on the shed. Its usually gone in a day. But it has to be 100% PURE aloe, reading labels is a must. It really helped her spikes as well.
