I don't think reptariums are good for any animals other than those that need a dry climate. Most Chams wouldn't even do well in a reptarium seeing as they need high humidity, and a mesh cage cannot produce and hold that. Although they are cheaper, I think they are a huge waste of money. Not only do they not hold humidity, they do not hold heat either, and frankly they look flimsy to me. I would personally say making a cage for an iguana is not only better and more customizable, but it can be cost effective at the same time, I would rather buy the more permanent, more healthy enclosure for my other smaller herps+ (geckos spiders, scorpions etc), which is tanks.
