When it's around 100, I would recommend full shade and plenty of misting during the day. If there's no wind....a fan blowing towards the cage would also be good. It would help them to regulate their body temperature.
They will still be getting plenty of UVB being in the shade.
If you're not sure if the area where the cage is, stays 100% in the shade, I would recommend NOT leaving them alone outside during these high temps.
