i've read here and other websites two different ideas on the percentage of an iguana's diet that should be greens. I've read 80% and 40-45%...i was thinking the 40-45% must be wrong until i read that though greens are high in calcium, they also are somewhat high in oxalates and/or goitrogens. So now im wondering if 80% greens maybe harmful potentially. i've sort of compromised in giving 60% greens and 40% other veggies..i would really like to know others' opinions who have more experience with iguana diets..thanks!
