I agree with JNelson's post. Get rid of romaine and tomatoes. Collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens are very healthy and a staple to my igs diet. I also serve green beans and sweet bell peppers. Don't forget water for you ig!
By the way, I like the name PUMA :)
