Hi Andy, The bumps on the tail COULD be abscesses, or from previous breaks, or a symptom of MBD. Could the spots possibly be from burns the Ig received in your absence? For piece of mind I would recommend taking it in to an experienced herp vet for a check up. Good luck and Happy Herping, Iguana03
